Canadian Grading and Carcass Weight Update - It was another solid year for Canadian fed cattle quality grading in 2020 as the percentage of cattle grading AAA and Prime were at record levels. There were almost 69% of the A grade cattle in the top two categories, over four percent higher than last year, and over two percent higher than the previous record high in 2016.
